Power ot booster

I get real bad shinbang an I heard about booster straps and I just want to know what the difference between the too are. Would they be worth getting. What do you think and what do us use and why

Power strap being the normal strap on your boot?

The booster strap is stretchy, so you can crank it down decently hard, making your boot snugger but at the same time it will flex a little bit while you ski instead of having no flex like your nylon power strap.
