Is Shisha worse than ciggaretts

So i have been thinking about buying a hookah. If i smoked it like once a week, is that going to do crazy damage to my lungs. i smoke bud prob 1 time a week or less. i know any smoke is bad.

i know of people who smoke shisha and dont inhale... i guess thats someone who would want tobacco-free shisha.

I dont know of any study thats been done that I'd trust the results of, but I've heard it's not good for you. Same as ciggs, cloves, menthol, its got a ton of different substances in it that stick to the lining of your lungs. Everything in moderation.

thats not what hes asking. smoking anything can cause CO inhalation. CO inhalation is just the incomplete combustion of organic molecules. it can come from week, ciggs, hookah, or your gas burner in your basement

Yes.

The butch of your cigg's taking away big part of the nasty and dommaging thing from the smoke. The water of shisha doesn't block anything from smoke and it will dommage your lung much more. I dont realy know for brian and other part of your body but the smoke is worst.

Also you are inhaling a vapor and not actual smoke. The flame never actually touches the shisha when you smoke it. So it is not as bad as cigs/bud

fasle smoking shicsha for an hour is the same as anout 10 cigarettes. the tobacco free shicsha is molasses and you get no head buzz, and it tastes worse. the only thing about shischa is it is not very addictive

so don't go overboard on it. if you binge on it for a couple hours you feel like barfing after so that obviously says something about it.

I was in Morocco for a couple months and there you can't find anything but their "special" sheesha. it's just mixed with wayyy too much hash.

i personally hate smoking. but for a sheisha you can get a fruit substitute that doesn't have any tobacco in it. that means that what you're inhaling is essentially flavoured steam which is pretty harmless. you'll notice when you inhale it because there's no irritation like there is with smoke, and you can hold it for longer and its significantly more pleasant.

You can't smoke hookah without inhaling. Its not like weed or a cigarette. If you draw on the hose and then don't inhale you can still blow it out your nose because you were inhaling the whole time.

Hookah "tobacco" has very little tobacco in it. Its mostly molasses. Smoking it once a week will not do anything to you.

it is difficult to compare because it is like apples and oranges.

hooka sessions last way longer than somebody smoking a cigarette, and you go through more tobacco. however, if you are smoking once a week, it doesnt come close to the amount of smoke from smoking 5 cigarettes a day. it all depends on how much you are smoking it, and if its an occasional, once or twice a week, thing, it wont do much of anything to your lungs. same thing goes for weed.

i smoke shisha, the soax flavours i buy have 0% tobacco 0% tar 0% nicotine, so i cant see how these can be harmful, your not meant to inhale shisha..

Even if you get the tobacco free it still produces a load of tar just without nicotine. Tar is the junk that fucks your lungs up.
