Alright so after a lot of babbling here on ns.com about how the Blackcomb Glacier and High North expecially are running short on snow and it's gonna suck for campers going for later sessions, I decided to do somthing about it. I called High North to see what the deal was...
Basically I said that skiers coming back from camp have been saying that there's very little snow and it may be bad for later sessions and I asked if that was true, Amanda (Shanes girl or wifey) told me it's bull shit, yes they are losing snow but it happens every year. They got some new snow the other day infact. It's been super hot up on the glacier for the past week or so, so of course it's gonna melt. No one at camp can assure you that your gonna be able to ride a ton of snow while your out there, but it's not gonna all melt away to rocks. There's a lot that diggers and groomers can do to still make their lane unbelievable with a lesser amount of snow. So fellow session fivers and adult campers, fear not! It may just be insane when we get there!
