long story short , last week tried backflip landed second try . Had some minor pain to the abdominal region but not that noticeable i kept skiing until today, i tried again stomped it but at the 3/4 of the flip it felt like i did 24 hours of abking pro NON-STOP , damn that hurt ... is it something i'm doing wrong ? i always do backflips ( off the ground , trampoline,etc.) will i ever be able to do backflips again ? did it ever happened to any of you ?
