i still have fun, i build mini jibs and hit them, i skim ponds, but id still prefer pow, or atleast some decent coverage so the parks arent death to my skis

Exactly.

I used to do more of the kind of skiing you (OP) have in your video because it's still really fun, now my hypermobility-syndrome-violated-knees can't really take that, so having these conditions really does suck!

Thats not always true. Cliff Mass predicted this winter would be a wild one. These warm ups periodically are typical for La Ninas years aswell .
