im back! sorry for the wait, but I've been skiing in a pair of bibs for around 50 days now and im loving them!
They have a pretty standard fit as far as pants go, similar to some of the sessions pants i've had in the past. I'm 5'7, 160 with a 32 inch waist, long torso, short legs, and I got these in medium. With the suspenders near the end of their limit they sit at my preferred level (right on the hips).
The material is a really light weight 3L stretch so it's thin and feels like it would tear easily. That is not the case though, usually the cuffs and inside legs of my pants get little cuts within the first week, these are still mint. I haul ass through tight trees on a daily basis and there are two or three green tree scuffs on them (no damage, just stain). The cuffs have a "super" material on them so i dont worry at all about walking on the heels.
Although we haven't had much wet weather around here, I haven't gotten wet in them yet this year and the main chairlift i ride is about 17 mins long, often sitting on snow (no wet ass yet). They breath like no other piece of outerwear I've owned (haven't owned any 3L, but have had a few 15k & 20k 2L). I'm a huge fan of the outer leg vents, they scoop air in and it swirls around your ass - sounds pretty homosexual, but it cools you down really quickly and effectively.
All in all, I really like these pants so far. They're definitely the best I've worn and I'll look into buying a jacket from them in the future. They only changes I would make to them would be adding side zips (so i can take my leg brace off while skinning, and to enable more efficient BNs.), slimming the legs slightly (no skinny pants, just a slightly more fitted fit.), and making the pockets slightly bigger.
