Judges like zero spins?

Was just at the free flow tour at Okemo the other day and noticed the winner, having a dope run none the less, did a zero on the first jump of three. Others also said they heard the judges stating the zero spin is a very difficult maneuver. Thoughts ?

they are sick when done with a shifty or u hold an afterbanging position or absolutly 0 movement other then that they arnt that sick

The winner was one dope minded individual.  Zero spins deserve to be scored higher than they normally are in competition because they are a difficult trick.  I'm glad they gave him some points, as I assume he could have thrown many other tricks and opted to go with steeze hoping he could score well.

only one way to figure this out, someone has to do one at big air x games.

if they only get two tries and they're going to repeat the trick after they landed it, why not zero spin it? they're probably not going to get it better than the first time, or at least noticeably.
