Help! Boots Packing Out

Got some SPKs this year, they fit on the second tightest buckle. Now that I have skied them for about 10 days, I have gone to the last buckle and that's getting loose. Is there anything I can do to take up the space between my calves and the boot?

do you have the little calf piece that velcros in in between the shell and the liner? if not, put it in.

I have the same problem. I have 3 seasons on my spk, they are the right length because my toe is real close to the front. But they have packed out big time, mostly over top of my foot and toe box area.
