Thanks for posting.  You might want to share whether you are on PC or Mac for editing program suggestions, also what did you use for that edit?

the amount of 'lag' has to do with your video card. you can make a decent enough edit with Windows Movie Maker if your filming is steady. I'd advise spending money on a video card upgrade before bagging elements its really not that bad if its working correctly.

not bad considering your editing situation tho!

it was cool, you need to adjust the angle when it is a helmet cam, you can only see your hands and then the sky, i would love to see your skis and stuff

good start, but try shooting earlier/ when its less cloudy.and some sort of fade out or whatever for the music would be nice, the abrupt stop wasn't a great end to the edit
