Well I don't know about you fellow NSers, but I certainly am as content as ever. I got a roaring fire going and a nice little Christmas buzz going on. I'm cuddling with my pup in my new fuzzy pjs and slippers and reading some good old Harry Potter. I call that hardcore lamping. On top of that I've got some sick new skis to look up at and there's apparently a foot of snow coming in! Yaaa buddy.
I don't think I have ever been more ready to lamp. 2 perfect full days of skiing and I am so content. I feel like I could sleep for about 23982893 hours. After I watch a couple movies and eat some terrific snacks. I love winter.
i am lamping so fucking hard right now. lying on my bed listening to daft punk, my mini fake christmas tree lit up next to my bed, my room is the perfect temperature, just lamping here recovering from last night. truly wonderful
you gotta think of it as a soundtrack. it was really hard for me too hearing it the first time but you need to remember that they made it for a movie. they weren't gonna drop sick french house. in the context of the movie you notice the electro parts much more and it feels very daft punk-esque and really awesome
yeah it's definitely too heavy on the movie-ness. feels like they're trying to do something epic but on it's own it doesn't quite hold that signature daft sound.
you need to see the movie. i felt the same way you do until i saw it. it works so well for the movie and it sounds very electronic for a movie soundtrack believe it or not
it was very entertaining in 3D while high with a daft punk soundtrack but the plot was pretty weak. it felt like they tried to include so much yet none of it held together to make the plot feel completed. the dialogue and character development was poor but it was visually and musically pleasing
