Need help with mistys, corks and lincolns

i have no idea how to throw corks, do i need to be able to backflip first? how should i throw it?  help please

i can esily do fronts and mistys into a pool with no diving baord, just off the wall but want tips for snow. just need a run through 

i want to kno how to lincoln too

yea. a backflip i realy simple. probably easier than a three. A cork on the other hand is hard. i ve been trying to get them down on an airbag all season. getting the the rotation right is tricky.

When you go off the lip lean back and throw your arms up. Bring your knees UP to your arms and hold them until you spot your landing, then open up so you don't over rotate. That's the noob way to do it but once you get the feel you'll be able to just throw them. Easiest trick in the book.

I guess I find off-axis spins easier than normal spins, but each to their own. Once you learn a backflip it's all about dropping your shoulders to initiate axis. Easy on jumps, hard on trampolines.

For lincoln loops... if you have a trampoline, practice on that first. I find it easy if you pick a spot on a nearby tree or wall (indoor or outdoor) and keep your eyes on that spot so your head stays in the same spot and your body rotates around your head. I reach down and grab my foot of the inside leg with the same arm (Helps pull my shoulder down and initiate the spin) and throw the other arm over my head towards the inside.

lincoln is the only trick you need to know

stay straight (they are easy to turn into a rodeo-ish flip)
go for the grab (if it's a right side lincoln grab your right ski with your right hand)
try to touch your ear to your hip.
bam! lincoln loop.

Good to hear! I work at Woodward and pretty much have the aerial awareness down-pact. Ha!

To the OP, you don't need a big jump at all... the smaller the jump, the quicker you should initiate those tricks! I find it better to learn on smaller jumps so if you fuck up the consequences are a lot less. It's actually really fun/easy to learn off of the end of halfpipes (not recommended for lincoln's)... that way the more comfortable you get you can keep moving up the wall and then take it to a jump!
