Certifying cost a pretty penny which is why I never got around to it. i will end up being out of money by the time I do that. Like I said if you want to spend the money to get it certified to have peace of mind be my guest. And if it happens to fail I will offer a FULL money back guarantee.

haha, id be willing to add the cost of certification ($50) if it passes. And if i got it certified myself, 45 days would be up, and no way to get my loot back through paypal if it failed
