Well, it appears the beast has claimed yet another life. Unfortunate, really. Probably could've been alive had he worn a helmet.

People need to use more caution on Cannon, easily the most dangerous mountain around.

What he said cannon has some gnarly trails.  but ive seen stuff about people whove died on a bunny slope from no helmets.  and it said he was with his friend too, how much would it suck if your skiing and you see your friend hit a tree and die or even worse your ahead and you wait and wait but he never comes down.

RIP nobody should go that young no matter what the case. But speaking as a 20+ year Cannon local and someone who has seen tragedy there before; as long as you respect the mountain it is no more dangerous than the next. I've see people tomahawke down Avalanche into the woods and walk out with out a scratch and at the same time I've seen someone traversing to the tram be involved in a life ending crash. It sucks but its the nature of our sport.
