Banshee Bungee: 10ft or 20ft

I posted this here too, because gear talk didn't give the help.
So, I've been planning to buy a banshee bungee, because i don't have a drop in and most of the handrails we have here requirers one. And also, how much speed can it give on flat ground? Is it able to built jumps on flat and get good air? Is 10 ft enough or do I need 20 ft on the jumps and long flat rails? Any experience of using it, anyone? Sending videos of using both sizes for comparing them would be useful, thanks.

20 is where its at! There's gonna come a day when you want that extra speed, and a 10 just ain't gonna cut it. go big!

Get the 20ft one if you can afford it, you can always wrap it around something to make it shorter if you don't need a lot of speed, but you will still have that extra length if you need it.

I know, but how about jumps? At my neighbourhood there arent any ''hills'' near by, where you could do a jump and get enough speed. I can't get both of the bungees, and I wanna it jumps and rails, so I wanna know is 10ft enough, exspesially for jumps, or should I get 20ft. And here is some reaalllly long FLAT rails (not downrails) and they need speed kinda a lot. It's pretty much about the price too, I don't wanna spend 180 euros if I can't get speed, and not 280 euros if I get the speed I need with the cheaper one.

little question, can you also shorten the bungee cause in some urban you don't have much room to stretch it out ...

so could you like take a 20 and attach it at 10 ? or would that damage the bungee ?

If price is the main issue, vulcanized latex rubber cord is pretty damn cheap. I have no idea why you'd pay over $200 for essentially 20' of latex rubber with a waterski handle and a few other features. If you can afford the banshee then I'm sure its a really quality product, but you could make the same thing (more or less) for around $50 including shipping:

and grab any kind of carabiner for the anchor point and you're good to go.

If money is the issue then here's an option, otherwise I don't have advice on which length would be better.

my buddy has a 10 and its really not as long as you would expect. I would get the 20 for sure

my experience with them both is that sometimes the 10fter doesn't always get the job done. Sometimes there's a slightly uphill inrun, or the rail is higher than u had thought. The 20fter is much more reliable, but u need more people to pull it back for that extra speed. go with the 20fter if your gonna get one, it's worth it in the end.

10 footer sucks, I've owned one for two years and there hasn't been a single time ive used it when I didn't wish I had gotten the 20 footer.

The rubber rope on there looks really nice.  I just bought some other rubber rope/cord and made a 20' and 10' one but I'm not sure how well they are going to work.

That scares me. And at least if an actual Banshee Bungee snaps and mortally wounds me, I have someone to blame other than my own poor craftsmanship.

I'm going to get hose clamps to put on the anchorpoint and handle to make sure they stay together, but yeah they could still snap
