are you talking about like cpu/ram usage or harddrive space?

Go thru applications (they take up a lot of space)

delete ones you dont use anymore.

Also theres a program on the apple website if you look it up under downloads that cleans

are you talking about memory (RAM) or hard drive space?

the best way to free up memory is to shut down programs you aren't using or restart your computer.

a good program to help delete stuff is disk inventory X, its a free download,

http://www.derlien.com/

it gives your a visual representation of how much space files are taking up on your harddrive, and give you easy access to all your files to clean.
