Best technical all black suit

Hi guys.  I am looking for an all black suit that is extremely technical.  Price is not much of an option.  I ski Colorado and often hike, so I need something baggy, but not around my knees baggy that sucks to hike in.  I also want something extremely breathable and waterproof.  Well, i guess it needs to be more breathable than waterproof, but waterproofing is important too.  I guess I'm looking for Arcteryx/Patagonia quality, without the uber-dorky fit. 

I had narrowed it down to Saga, but I can't get black pants in my size.  I looked at some Oakley stuff, but their pictures on their website aren't very good. 

Any other ideas?  Again, the main points are all black, technical as a mother, and not super dorky fit, but not so baggy that it impedes my hiking around the backcountry.

Arcteryx is just so dorky.  You have to size up so big to make it look normal.  I think they probably have the best quality out there, but the fit is uber dorky.  To get something that is a little long in their jackets, you have so size up, but then the sleeves and shoulder width is too wide.

That's what I want, but the black pants are sold out in my size.  I might just get the jacket and find some other black pants.  +K

H/H is great, nice fit and warm, if not maybe spyder? They make sick jacket. Trew is the best but no black...maybe the salomon goretext that douglas wear, seem nice.

ARMADA no questions.. The tracer jacket is possibly the best jacket this year and it happens to come in black!

saga not technical? 20/20k 3l? all zippers are waterproof, signature long fit...im seeing some technicality(sp) here...

I rolled my pants up so they wouldn't drag on the ground. Snow got caught in the folds and rolls. Needles to say my pants and jacket had puddles on the outside of them while the inside was dry as can be. Tech enough for you?

There are some weird suggestions in here. Some of the companies named make great gear, but have alpinist fit. ArcTeryx, Helly, PataGUCCI, etc. Other companies that have supported skiing that make great gear are: Oakley, Spyder, Sessions, North Face and Orage. All make quality gear and First Drop and SAGA are closing that gap as well making better and better stuff with every new line. Armada and Salomon also make clothes...not sure on colors, but quality has been noted.

if you want proven quality, great water repellence and a fit you are stoked on, check out the OAKLEY ALPS pant and coat from last year. E-Vent fabric is durable and super waterproof. Fit is what you desire. I have the ninja suit from last year and love it. I'm 6'2" and have dubXL in both coat and pants. They also zip together to keep the snow out.

Being last year's items, you might not find them, in which case I would check out the OAKLEY Primed jacket and bib. That is their top of the line gear this year. Haven't used the coat, but the bibs are legit and have just slightly narrower knees for hiking and such. I just got them big in dubXL to sag and they fit good.
Downside is they are expensive, but you will never get wet.

Simon's new OAKLEY gear is 20,000 repellence too and you can get both the Corked jacker and the Corked pant in all black.

Sites like Backcountry.com have good photos of all their gear. Didn't look at EVO for any of the items mentioned above but it is another great resource.

Whoops, also have heard great things on TREW...but they have huge goofy logos on everything. SWEET Protection also makes Gore-Tex shells in baggy fit. Not too familiar with their line though.

Helly Hansen still has some pretty tech and baggy fit stuff though, no?
