K so this is what happens.
first: have u gotten a conformation on shipping yet
second:if so it is out of Saga's hands, they bring it to the post office and ship everything out. this is the email they sent me:
(Here is the deal - when we drop of packages to the Post office, they are not required to scan the packages. If the package is not scanned, it will show that code while tracking up until it arrives at final destination. We wish that we could control this but it is out of our hands. Packages usually take up to 2 weeks to arrive internationally which should put the hoodie in your hands by the end of this week.

third: this means your package is probably stuck in customs somwere.
fourth: have u gotten the tracking code, try it out, if it dont work somethimes the postal service doesnt scan errything.
lastly: i ordered my first sweater in august, it shipped when pre-ordered ended and i got my confirmation on the 2nd of october and it got here october 29th.
But i ordered another one on the 1st and it got here yesterday.
So to conclude be patient, it is the shitty amercan/canadien postal services
