good rendering, but your proportions are off...Eyes are in the center of a person's face. It looks like you elongated the middle of the face where the sunglasses are. When drawing portraits, a good thing to do is start off with a map like this:
__ top of head



_ __ __ _ center of eyes & tops of ears

_ bottom of nose
_ center of mouth
__ bottom of chin
