So abs: What are some good exercises to get pussy magnet abs?
I started working out after being lazy as fuck for like 4 months. Anything core will help skiing as well.

Don't do sit ups unless you're in a cell in jail. Go to a gym and search for the abs machine, once you are done with that, do all the other machines, then go run

as ghetto as this is, it still works. this combined with regular dumping and puking will get you Mike "Situation" abs

haha I would try this with just the bar but would probably kill myself if I added any weight. Squats on the air pads are fun though.
