Props to Line's first customer

I've got to give props to Nicky B, Line's first customer who was around 10 years old when his mom drove him over to my house to buy our first pair of skiboards out of my living room because he didn't want to ride a snowboard and at the time back in 1995 all the ski shops were selling were long straight, pointy, stiff directional skis for racing and skiing bumps and he wanted to do tricks so refused to buy what the shop had. Later years his mom would drop him off after school at our Albany NY factory to help box up skis, skate the halfpipe & trampoline out back. Today between making music including past year's TC songs he's still living in the name of skiing out in Tahoe and stoked to see him keeping the soul & passion for skiing for the fun of it alive. Keep on rockin Nick!

This is really really really cool. Thans for the history lesson, seriously. I'm not sure how I feel about what Line has become today, but I have a ton of respect for its signifigance to the sport.

I just makes sense for me. Born in Albany, Skiied at Jiminy Peak til college. Now I'm in Burlington going to UVM. Only part I'm missing is Buffalo.

yeah, i love the vibe around their brand, even tough they aren't always that good when it comes to durability etc. i still love em !

so stoked to ride my EP pros this winter, gonna get my jesters mounted tomorrow and then i'm off ! :D

Jlev, I still have a handwritten note from you hanging on my office wall from back in 2001-2002 or so.

Most of my skis have been Line skis as well. Orange 1260s, green Skogens, Invaders, Prophet 100s.

Keep making the great skis and thanks for the innovation and dedication to the sport!

I would like a history lesson about all of lines skis.
A guy at my hill still uses skogens, I tried them on once and they are the softest ski ever.
