How often do you shampoo your hair.

 I was talking with some girl today and she told me that it was bad to wash your hair everyday because of oils or some shit. Am i the only one who washes his hair everyday?

I tend to get nappy hair living a, for less of a better word, gypsy lifestyle thru the season.

useless information/ No matter what I shampoo my hair and gloss it every three days, it took me 21 years to figure it out on how not to make my hair greasy and gross so I didn't have to wash it. I even workout and don't wash it. I do shower everyday and my hair smells good for 3 days, until it starts to smell like hair I wont wash it. /end useless information

Every day, sometimes twice in a day. My hair gets greasy if I don't.

During the ski season I shower about maybe 3 times a week. Gross as it is, its true hahaha. When I'm not skiing and what not I try and shower whenever I have time to.

What she told you is true. I usually do it every 1-3 days. but it depends on what i've been doing and whether i need to do it every day i do. but generally 1-3 days is good for me
