So I'm a Board of Review away from being Eagle

And a year ago I was star. for any of you scouts out there know that it's all a matter of a little bit of determination. But seriously, I'm so stoked. And 21 days before i turn eighteen. any other eagles or scouts on here?

I think I was a tenderfoot. They told me I'd have to go on more camping trips and I dropped out. Wish I didn't, I fucking love camping now.

im an eagle. boyscouts was definitely really gay at the time, but now im happy i did it. i have some cool things i learned like for camping and shit, and it looks good on resumes

I remember the board wasn't too bad. They will grill you on a number of things, but by this point you'll probably have no issues being that you've been through it all. I think they said I talked a ton during mine hahaha. Anyway, congrats! I definitely don't regret my time with the scouts.

I helped my friend out for his eagle project. It took four of us about 20 hours to seal the cement floor of a food distribution warehouse. I think he is about where you are in terms of getting his eagle scout. It's a legit deal

I am an Eagle Scout. Got it early right before I started High School so I wouldn't have it interfere with my schooling or my schooling interfere with me getting my eagle.

Lol most kinds in my troop make it ON their 18th birthday. One kid worked for 8 hours straight on requirements, the last day he was 17. I'm only first class.

Damn Andrew, you got yours early. I wish i woulda stayed in Boy Scouts. Just didnt have time because i played baseball and soccer on weekends. It looks so good on resumes and college applications though

there was this 24' radius quarter circle in from of my old middle school. and it was all over grown. so we tore out all the weeds. laid down a 12' quarter circle of gravel encompassing the flagpole that was there. then mulched the rest of it and planted some bushes. then also put in a wooden bench. it turned out really well.

as i say to recent Eagles. you continue a long line of tradition and join the likes of Neil Armstong, Hank Aaron, Mike Rowe, Gerald Ford, and now yourself. as you will most likely be charged at your Eagle COH, you must promise to never disgrace this award. as an Eagle since 2009, I congratulate you.

anybody here go to National Jamboree? if you visited trading post a, i was one of the baggage claim people.
