you take the springs and put them one over another so the are crossed up and they have more tension

i havent crossed mine but i know we've tried on some of my friends tramps and one time it did nothing and another it worked well..

Try training on the diving board, it really helps with your air presence and it's won't hurt too bad if you fuck up.

was thinking about how it could be good trainging to get your boots on and ski boards and work of rotations and tricks like that? you would get a better feel for everything with heavier stuff on your legs and somewhat of a ski on them too....anyone have any thoughts?

ive gone on with my skis, really sucks because they spread your wieght too much, most i could do was 360s

i know with regular skis it would even out your weight way to much...but i was thinking ski boards....i mean they are only like like 2 feet long if that....anyone ever done this before?

yea, they're fun and they work really well, sort of hard to get real grabs and stuff down but good for balance

ya ide tried making cardboard skis foir a tramp before itsd no easy task to keep then intact and stable if ur going to make some make sure u stabalize them with something really sturdy like a light metal in betwee the sheets of cardboard other then that they are fun as hell

i just made some sweet tramp skis, they aren't full size only 4 feet long and about 6inches wide. I took double walled cardboard and put 2 layers together and then duct taped them together and put old shoes on them for bindings, works really well. pm me for pictures

yea man i practice on these special trampolines theyve got like white mesh instead of black n there threads are further apart n shit and u can jump like 10 feet high on average... its pretty sick jus learned d spin 9's and misty 10's on it

yeah last season i did alil training on the white bed ones with the holes en em, but started uber late so after like, a month i was back into the season.. this season will be somewhat similar due to knee surgery, fuck.

man that sucks... i dont find trampolining at all like skiing cuz i spin natty on skis up to 9 and then on trampoline i can only spin natty up to 7 and 9 if im lucky and unatty up to 10

I got mine at Sam's Club. It was a good trampoline, but it died after a few years... a coulpe of my friends and I were jumping on it, and the mlack fabric stuff ripped, and we all fell on out asses.
