Giving up my job at home for being a cook at a summer camp for 2 months wasnt worth it. Sure itd be cool to be able to ski and chill and everything for the summer but i need to buy a car and I'll make a lot more money at home rather than at windells, and coming home to no job would be ass, especially since im trying to finally move out west this winter.

Smith Lowdown's are fire. Got them new for $30 with ski patrol discount. The red lenses look better than my ray ban wayfarers imo and they don't cost $100+

Classic. I thought of this yesterday when I wore my Nike's to a shareholder meeting. Pretty much every owner there was in tennis shoes. Lol at our sales director with his hair gel, sport jacket, and fucking uncomfortable elf boots. Also the ladies leaving the meeting with two full glasses of wine inspired me to take a glass to go. Could have got the party bumpin' if they put on some Wu Tang instead of that soft piano music.

i wish i could find which page i originally posted that on but i think it was actually your reply to one of my posts that inspired it haha. taking advantage of free booze at these things is a must. crashed an exhibition opening the other night with my friends purely for the free wine (the art was distinctly weird).

My favorite shoes ever. Super painful break in period though...but after that they are my favorite shoes I have ever tried. Great edging and a really good sport shoe. The "sock" they have built into the shoe is next level....I don't even really need to lace them on easier climbs.
IMO hockey blades are the way to go even if you just cruise around in them. Light weight, don't feel like shit on your feet, and easier to carve/turn in and shit. More expensive but pretty worth it. I went from Bauer hockey blades to a pair of K2s and returned the K2s the next day. Suit yourself though, maybe its because I'm from Minnesota
