Rails: 4 pretz 4, all 4 three swaps, flip out of an urban rail, destroy mad urban.

I would like to get into good enough shape to charge at the level I did two years ago and before.  Lack of exercise and on snow time kept me from getting into good skiing condition and strengthening my knees.  Skiing heavy backcountry pow when you are out of shape is not fun ... well not as fun as it can be.  I want to get some 180s and 360s off pillows or bonks.  Never really tried it before, looks fun though.

After a 2 or 3 season hiatus from inverts, I began throwing them again last year.  Be nice to get some of those back on track.  And I was finally able to start grabbing and tweaking mutes on my corks.  So I'd like to dial those and take them up a half rotation or more.

I'd like to start getting back into sliding rails.  The park where I ski has plenty of features, but I've been tending to stick to the simple flat downs and not spinning out.  I'd like to get some spins out going again.
