Haii guiez.
I just got Geektool http://www.projects.tynsoe.org/en/geektool/ and have been all over the interwebs for good scripts for a while now and cant find any good stuff. do any of you guys have scripts which you would like to share. Thanks.

is it just me or are these kinda pointless? i never just have my desktop open and all this info is located on parts that are faster too see then minimizing a window, but they do look sick

i had the same problem, it helped when i quit out of everything i was doing, not use if thats what made it work though. just keep trying and make sure "enable" is turned on

i had one open also, i know that the youtube video has to be at least minimized. i just re-opened everything after i got the 1st one to stay up

I just got those from yahoo.com lol it was more simple to get those than i thought it would be. Just googled weather widgets. and BOOM!

i can't get the image for weather to show up, i tried what the guide said, i'm assuming each of those 2 codes goes in a different shell right? nothing happens though..

yes,
when you first open it, go 'file' then 'save as' and save the default theme.
then if shit hits the fan just open that first theme that you saved and it will return to normal.
this way you have a backup and it is impossible to fuck your computer.

because iphoto is a terrible, terrible application. Either get Lightroom or just use Finder to organize and an editing application of your choice to edit (photoshop or gimp, depending on your aversion to "immorality")
