Nike snowboarding boots

yes I know this is a ski website, thats why I asked in non ski gabber.



Has anyone worn these before? Thoughts on comfort, price, and performance?

i havent worn them snowboarding, but ive tried on a pair/held them/looked at the quality.


they are so fucking nice its unreal. like, its not even fair that snowboarding boots of such a high quality even exist. by far the best boot out there, if they werent so expensive i would buy a pair for sure.

they were a little stiff though, at least the ones i tried on, but alot of boots are before they are broken in.

i ski, but a few of my friends were talking about these hybrid snowboard boots, like somewhat street shoe, somewhat boot, that hey would use for urban cuz u could like walk around fine. guessing these are differen,t but does anyone know what im talking about? im pretty sure they were nike

like $260 for the current seasons models.


last seasons can be found for around $150, sometimes less. its always in weird sizes though(very big/very small) because the sizes that fit normal people sell out pretty quick.

i do agree that ski boots are too expensive, we snowboarders definitely have it a bit cheaper than you.

BUT i feel like ski boots will last way longer than any snowboard boots will. we are basically wearing oversized skate shoes, and you guys have molded hardboots with all kinds of hardware and replaceable pieces on them. so even if something does break, you can just get a new piece instead of buying a whole new boot.

most snowboard boots will last for about one season of hard riding, last season i got in around 100 days and i went through two pairs of (really cheap, really shitty) boots. i feel like skiers should be able to hold off a boot purchase for like three seasons or so.

i could be wrong though.

i would rep those ^. but nike boots are a half size big? so is that like your normal shoe size then because I always get like a half to a full size larger boot than my shoe size

hah. nike boots are bullshit. they pack out like no other, and the bottom treads get faded like no other. get some 32's, they make the best boots in the business.

and also cuz nike snowbaording is a joke.

i disagree on the 32 boots being the best in the business.

mine, in addition to everyone else i know who has a pair, totally deteriorated to almost nothing by halfway through the season. mine turned into legitimate flip-flops. they were great for the beach but not so good for snowboarding.

if you aint likin dem nikes den celsius is dat true shit. ya herd? dem shits be like outlastin all dem niggas an dey wack ass boots an shit. i move more weight dan precious wid dem bitches on. ssheeeettt.

most boots do have a thin last....im satisfied with nikes 6.0s so i decided im getting a pair of these. call me a sellout or whatever but im supporting whoever supports me the best, and so far its nike.

My friend moss who was recently dropped off the Arbor amateur team will only ride nike boots. He said they are the best. Go for gold

i rode my dc flairs white camos for more then 50 days last season and there is nothing wrong with them at all...not even string fray from edge that i have in almost EVERY boot which is why i will never get draw string quick pull boots again..but if you want a good quality boot buy a pair of dc's that aren't dumb looking and that are pretty tech..you won't be dissatisfied, trust.

i have tried on 3 different pairs of them they are a little uncomfortable because they are narrow they are not a wide boot.. yes they are stiff but that is because they are new like any other boot. i would not recommend them if you have any foot problems or just a wide foot.. also possibly give them a year or two and they just might develop the best boot on the market.

wtf are those? im only skeptical on nike boots because its only their second year. I dont think they would have their shit dialed first year. But hey, they are nike. And nike has money.

also, I've had the same pair of 32's for 3 seasons(next one will be my fourth) yet they look and feel like only 1 season.

And why would you want to support nike snowboarding? leave it to the actual snowboarding companies to make snowboard hardgoods.

i had zoom 1's for the last two years, nikes boots are the most comfortable things ive ever worn. i think I'm getting the black kass ones this year. i could wear my boots for 8 hours and not even feel a slight discomfort. IMO nike makes the best boot, but 32's are really nice too. if you can get nikes i recommend it, i love mine so much, i hope they never stop making them.

My 32's had a super long break period. They sucked ass for the first couple of weeks and are still slightly uncomfortable even after heat molding. Consider DC. They make some comfy boots. Nike doesn't seem bad either

i have nike boots... they are the best boots ever... but i have tiny feet and no other boots hold my heel down.  nike knows feet though so you can trust em..

 totally worth the bucks,
