i just try to wear twice or three times as much stuff as normally at home and sweat that shit out.
2 jogging pants, 2 pairs of wool socks, 2 undershirts, training jackets and a skijacket along with a beanie usually helps me.
we also have this weird "medicine" kinda thingy. tastes like a punch on the nose, but it helps a bit.
in all seriousness, i read that 3 times, 1st time i thought what the fuck is he on about, read it again and thought, this fuckbag has to be kidding, read it once more and decided calling you a fuckbag wasnt good enough - sick-as-aids
