everyone has their own summer thrill here on ns, but does anyone out there climb peaks to get in shape for the winter, or just do it for the thrill of reaching the top?

i was going to say i wish there were some hills to climb around here...then i realized i lived on a mountain...kind of interesting that i never thought to use an urban placement that way.

I love hiking, mainly just to get to the top & for the exercise. I've been climbing all over the Catskills this summer. Next step is to get a dog to join me =)

Yea hiking is dope, especially in the fall because you can see all the leaves changing colors.
