So we get a ton of email to email@example.com, but often can't actually help because no info is provided. Heres a few examples of the Wrong and Right ways to ask for help.
"I was banned. WTF! Unban me!!"
Lots of people get banned, how are we supposed to know who you are. Plus ask nicely and we're more likely to want you back.
"Hey this is BannedUserName, I was banned yesterday and I am sorry for posting that thread, do you think you could shorten the ban"
"This is MyNameLooksLikeAnAlias, I went to log in and it said I was an alias, I think you made a mistake, can you look into it please?"
"Yo, wheres my order?"
Again, there are lots of orders, who are you?
"My name is Real Name, I placed order number 8367 last week and still says processing, can you give me an update? Thanks"
"I tried to register and never got an activation email"
Once again, what username?
"I tried to register NewName and haven't been able to activate, can you help?"
These are 3 of the most common requests we get. Remember we deal with close to 200,000 people here at NS, at the very least let us know who you are when you need something. And PLEASE give us a little respect, even if you are annoyed by something. We'll always try to help you out
