yup. usually its just a red looking dot in the sky, not too exiting but still pretty cool. If you have a telescope its obviously a little bit cooler to be able to really look at it, but whatever. Just look for a redish dot if you're outside tonight.
And you are just the dumbest thing. You honestly thought that Mars was gonna be the size of the moon? What the fuck kind of dumbass Disney fantasy fucking world do you live in? HAS ANYTHING EVER BEEN THAT BIG EVER? besides the moon of course. Use your common sense and take a fucking science course goddamn I tried but really this is the dumbest shit I've heard in a really long time. What are you, 5? Is the moon still made of cheese in your tiny little head? Jesus fuck goddamn Glenn Beck.
to tell the truth i was kind of skeptical about it when i heard that it was supposed to be as big as the moon cause that didn't make sense to me, but i thought "hey, that would be cool though" so i decided to believe it..
hahaha i know i've made myself look like an idiot. you don't have to make that clear to me.
As someone pointed out earlier, the whole big/bright Mars thing is a hoax that started a few years ago, it goes around every summer. It's funny that it went around when it did this year (at least for us North Americans) as Mars is setting/set by the time night rolls around. If you are looking outside right now and see a bright 'star' by the moon it is probably Jupiter you are looking at as it is the only visible planet out at night right now for North Americans.
