Good Camera

So i was thinking about getting a new video camera so i could record while I ski. I dont know much about cameras and dont know what a good deal is. I want a cheap camera nothing over 210 but would like to spend cheaper. I have heard about the GoPro camera and don't know much about it. If its really worth the money. Can i please get some help. helpfull answers get +k
