Im proud to say I make one good meal. Alfredo with bacon, basil, garlic, tomato, mushroom and capers. Its amazing, but i wish i could make more.

I make chili every now and then.
It's basically just a traditional chili recipe, but I always add extra meat, basil, and hot-sause.

Had that for the first time a few weeks ago, in Toledo, OH. Very good indeed, may I say that I think it's better than In 'n Out?

And I thought there would be discussion about crepes on this cult.

Ginger-peanut glazed salmon slowly grilled on cedar planks with roasted red peppers and scallions, finally topped with toasted sesame and poppy seeds.

Anyone interested?

crepes are easy to make and soo delicious

And a nice appetizer to make at a dinner or something: take a plate, put a couple leaves of lettuce on plate, put a few slices of prosciutto on top of lettuce, put a few cantalope slices on top of prosciutto, drizzle a bit of olive oil over everything, add a bit of pepper. the sweetness of the cantalope vs the saltiness of the prosciutto is an epic combination.

I enjoy savory crepes but i also love sweet ones. Whip a little cream, make a simple chocolate sauce out of flour sugar and cocoa powder, add to crepes and you will be a very happy camper.

Here is my guacamole "recipe"
you'll have to play with the amounts, I do it by eye, but it is delicious, I make the best guac of anyone I know.

Avocado (obvi)
about 1.5 tbsp your fav salsa per avocado.
about 1 tsp lime juice per avocado
a bit of cumin (key ingredient)
a bit of garlic powder
a bit of dried onion flakes
a bit of cilantro.

get all the spices you can, it is totally worth it and makes all your food wayyy better.

I'm about to start baking baguettes and italian bread at home. I just started making homemade pizza and so far it has turned out really well.

My favorite quick dinner is probably:

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

slice then shortways into about 1/4 inch thick pieces, sort of thin chicken tender size

roll chicken pieces in flour

roll floured chicken pieces in a bowl with an egg in it

roll floured egged chicken in breadcrumbs with basil/italian seasoning mixed in it

cook til golden brown/done in a frying pan with olive oil so that they don't stick

melt mozzarella cheese on top
