hiking post season

who all hikes there mountain post season and build? we do it alot cause out mt closes in early april its pretty sick

our local mountain, showdown, closes in early april and the snow stays enough to ski top to bottom until about late may. last year we hiked it every weekend unitl memorial day, today when we were hiking it we got about 6 iches fresh during the day

are mount closes 2 weeks ago and park closes 3 we have been hitting it and moved all the rails to where we like them. Hell i even learned unnaty rodeo.

I hiked up Copper mountain once. I lost my ski on a powder day by larry's rock (for those familiar with copper). anyways, in the summer, i drove my jeep up most of the mountain and than hiked up to my ski and found it. Ski runs are a lot steeper when youre hiking up them in the summer.
