Capitol hill block party

So I was planning on being out of town this weekend and plans changed so I want to go to the Capitol hill block party in Seattle. One problem is that tickets are sold out. So here is my question: how easy is it to sneak in/ get in without a ticket?

It's right next to the college so I'm thinking it won't be hard to get in. Plus it's such a small area that I can blend in with the crowd
