sam, i got a m. they fit small. so you prob get a large and you be good.

i have a large i think.. and the same size head as you.. and i had to take all the foam out and it fits good.. if i were you i would probably go XL

this kid might be right too.. haha.. idk you should try them on and see what fits good for you.. they do fit small tho.. but still try them on

they fit small, but look huge. i have an xl, and it fits perfect, but i also look like a mushroom unless i have goggles and bandana on.

if you're planning on wearing a tall beanie underneath, get xl. i wear a 7 5/8 hat, and i have an xl. with all the pads in, i can fit a beanie in perfectly.

i wore a 7 1/2 and an xl fits tight with foam in it, but its such a big helmet it just doesnt look good IMHO

I just sold mine though, so no more poc for me :D

RED helmets always seem to be the thinnest, along with bern. the receptor always looks huge
