This kid I graduated with posted the simple statement Christians are not the same as mormons.

And yes this, once again is my attempt at spreading the word on how shitty the mormon religion is. Try and pick out the small differences between mormons and well everyone else.

If you lived in a population of 5,000 and 49% of that population is mormon you would understand.

If you really want to understand i can give you a list of my opionons and facts as to why the mormon church is an epidemic and a savior of idaho, utah and the rest of the world.

The main reason i see it more than you do is because politically and economically (mainly in Idaho and Utah) the mormons rule over all. Ever heard of a pyramid? Thats what the Mormon church is.

im not for mormons or against. i just dont do the organized faith business. i dont need a mass of people meeting on a certain day, at a certain time, with a certain name to themselves to say if im gonna make it to the afterlife. I dont fully believe in faith and works getting me to where i want to be. your works you do will easily express your faith. as for that...

a christian is a person ... "following the teachings or manifesting the qualities or spirit of Jesus Christ"

so mormons, LDS, full name is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. sounds like good ol heyzoos christo to me. so technically yes they are christian. you just dont agree with there beliefs.

people get to into this... Christian is anyone who believes in christ, Then under that is reformed, lutheran, anglican, roman catholic, orthodox, and i think thats it, and then there are even more branches under all of them... congregationalist, quaker,baptist, presbyterian,  methodist, episcopal, russian orthodox etc. Mormons will fit into all of these.

This year i had a very stubborn kid telling me that he was Roman catholic, NOT christian, it made me laugh, he made no valid arguments haha

My friends and I were in an argument with this redneck kid with no friends on how Adrian Peterson was better than Chester Taylor. He said Taylor was better and we were like hell naw and then we made fun of him and then we won and it lasted like 2845y298 comments and now he's scared of us/ sucks up to us.

OOOKAY.

This is just my area, roughly 20,000 people, 66 % Mormon

On Sunday Everything is closed excluding a few gas stations, a few small grocery stores, fast food, and walmart.
According to their religion mormons cannot purchase anything on sunday. So figure the amount of revenue is lost just by those to factors alone.

In the eyes of the mormons (around here) if you do not go to church on sunday you are unworthy.

No matter who you are or what you believe in, your wrong, they are right.

The amount of "under the table" wages is staggering. A good amount of buisness owners are LDS. "Gods people" according to them

Almost every large farm is owned by LDS people. These farms are solely fueled by illegal immigrants.

When i was 6 i was kicked out of boy scouts for not being mormon.

Thats all I can think of at the moment.

So...

1- It's the owners decision on how they choose to run their businesses, a lot of people choose to do things according to their beliefs. Jews, Christians, Muslims ect. go anywhere else in the world and you will run into things like this.

2. You did specify that the people in your area who are Mormon "see you as unworthy." However this is not a reason to dislike a whole group of people and I can bet for sure that not everyone in your community looks down on you.

3. There are people like that in every religion, but that does not mean that everyone is that way.

4. It's that way in a lot of small towns, and it is not just because the business owners are LDS.

5. I'm confused on what your complaint is here? Have you ever been to California, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico ect? There are huge amounts of illegals, that is a nationwide problem and has nothing to do with the LDS church.

6. I can see why you are angry about being discriminated against.

You can dislike Mormons (or any other religion for that matter) if you want that is your decision, however you are being a douche and spreading hate for no real reason. Grow up, where ever you go you are going to run into things that you don't agree with but that is no reason to blatantly hate.
