i've loaded every episode of south park on my ipod and play it at MINIMAL volume so you can just hear it, kinda fall asleep slowly while watching it, its works wonders. also sometimes i dont even watch it just listen and im gone in like 5 minutes.
yo dawg ive had this problem since i was young. option A: take 2 tylenol pm or a shot of nyquil......... tht shit is full proof.option B: is to count backwards ffrom 150 very slowly and picture the numbers as u count down a eventually ur mind will wonder off and you will just chill then sleep it works pretty well for me.

I usually just browse NS or Vital BMX until I start to get tired, then lay in bed and turn on a bmx video, and I'll usually be out in like ten minutes. Google video has a bunch of full length bmx videos if you're into that.
