i ordered my suit like last thursday or so. I just emailed them about adding balaclava to my order if it has not been shipped yet. and i got a response right away, and no it wasnt shipped yet and they charged my CC and added balaclava right to my order. Awesome customer serivce they got!! dont worry guys im sure by next week everyone will be getting their stuff.

none of us know how they are shipping the stuff, if they have to send everyone the notification manually then who cares, its better if they actually just ship around the clock. it will be a surprise when it comes to your door!

ya dude if you bought the whole suit you got free shipping which is pretty legit!

now i have a dilemma though....

should i stay here at school and wait for my new FD suit and then go to breckenridge or should i just wear my old stuff and go to breck first thing when i wake up in the morning?!?! Why couldn't I have gotten this email yesterday!!!!

how far away are you? and what time does it say it will be at your door? mine says before 1030am and i live in NJ lol. you could wait but actually i would wear the old stuff in case you dont like your new stuff and wanna exchange colors or size. you wanna try it on good and stuff

Hey guys, sorry for the confusion. There was a glitch with Fedex and they sent out waybills for all overnight shipping that should have been standard Fedex shipping. So, they had to cancel those waybills and generate new ones, that's why you got those notifications.

Either way, there are 5 people literally shipping around the clock, and packages will continue to go out as they are boxed! Thanks for your patience!

Did you order a full suit or just one piece? I'm thinking they're shipping full suits first, single orders second. I ordered in June and emailed them about tracking numbers today. They said that I'll have one tonight or tomorrow.

or whoever got the email got their stuff shipped, but fedex messed up the tracking numbers/delivery service. so they gotta resend the tracking numbers but they got the package already. thats what im thinking

wait what? hows that possible that you selected usps?
Didnt u select freeshipping? there was no option to select Fedex vs usps once you put the freeshipping coupon in. Dont tell me usps is the free shipping cuz that would be a rip off.
