So I would post in the cult but I want a quickish response so I can try stuff now. Anyway, I can't spin for shit on a tramp. I can spin less than on skis. I can't do more than a five and I can barely land them. What is happening? Fives are noob shit on skis but I can't even do them on a tramp. What the fuck. Could someone help me a bit?

but whenever i try to spin more than five, i won't land straight up and down, kind of corking a tinyyy bit. but i can cork up to 10 fine. it's weird.
this happens to me, i cant spin much without getting way off axis. i think its the weight of skis on your feet help you stay upright in the air, but i honestly have no real clue.
you may want to try spinning your opposite way than on skis. i spin right on skis and can up to 10 on skis going that way. i can only do up to left 5 on skis
but on tramp i can do 14s left and only like 9s right it is very weird and confuses me often
when you jump tuck ur legs underneath you a little to keep ur balance, and when ur spinning practice with grabs or pulling your knees up, it will help you balance more. Also, make sure to keep looking over your shoulder, dont just set it, but lead with your head and your body will follow.
i had the same problem last summer. i kept goin just a little of axis and could only land a weak 7. best advice is just keep practicing and trying it differently including changing up the direction. its what i did and by the end of the summer i could do 14's
So for example, when I set a spin on skis, I look over my shoulder AND slightly down and since that's the way I'm used to spinning, it's seting me slightly off axis and making me suck on a tramp?
damn i really wish my parents would allow me to have a trampoline, it sucks having no neighbors or friends with trampolines. but yeah i also have trouble spinning more when i do mistys, i can misty five so easily but just cant get around 7s always, any advice for that? should i just focus on turning my head?
it sounds stupid but the airplane technique worked for me pretty well, practice spinning your threes and stuff with your arms out like a airplane, then just move your way up, when you need more spin just cross your arms close to your body and keep turning your neck over your shoulder, try to spot something that coincides with your rotation
I find, everybody trys to turn their head super far and look up abit, cause them to go off blalnce. I try to keep my head as level as possibly but throw hard. And when you throw throw STRAIT across your body! Hope this helps.
