Sorry about this, It's been done so many times, but i'm 172cm and have been skiing on some 168cm, I thinking aobut for the first time in my life to get some planks bigger then me eg 177cm. What are some advantages or disadvantages of this?
Or most peole skiing these days with skis bigger then them?

Advantages: More stable all mountain. You can go faster, they wont chatter as much and you will have more ability on more varied terrian.
Disadvantages: You will spin a bit slower, and they may take a bit of getting used to

Im 5'7 (170 cm) and just switched from my 163 2003 tweaks with a 70 mm waist to my new 176 Armada Ar5s with a 80 mm waist. It took about 2 days to get used to them, but one was a fat alaskan april powder day with 25' fresh
weekdays are for healing your back and neck after hucking hard on the weekend
