Have you ever actually been here?  it really isn't all spines and gnarly lines, don't get me wrong, there are some crazy lines, but they are not accesable to eeverybody.

we have some mini lines in the flick, but sorry man, skiing huge lines isn't exactly our thing. check out the new warren miller movie if that's what you're in to.

and if you are under the impression that AT bindings will somehow turn the typical ice into daily chest deep pow, then i'm guessing you don't actually spend too much time up here.

hah, you really have no idea.  Yes AT setups allow you to go into the bc, but we don't always have chest deep pow, we get tons of snow but most of it is wet heavy crap.

True it can be Wet! But the point that im getting at is that if you wanted to petray AK you would have a heli and all the other shit but then again it is called "My Alaska". Not hating on you guys at all but I would have liked to see a few more epic face shots and less jibbin yaknow!

I feel you man, buit i'm pretty sure matt Wilde is on a pretty tight budget, and heli time is super spendy, but then again there may be some epic pow in the movie.

If you think having AT gear automatically grants access to gnarly lines then you clearly have no idea what you're talking about. This is Alaska, not some flat Colorado shit. You either need a heli or enough sledding skill to drive a dozen miles into the mountains for that kind of stuff, and you still won't be able to access most of the stuff you see in movies because it's too gnarly or certain heli pilots refuse to fly to most of those zones.

haha the state farm agent's husband let us borrow his truck and trailer this season, and every other listed brand sponsor gave us gear to give away at the premier. HUGE budget there.

This portrays AK better than warren miller, or any big company could, the people in the movie actually LIVE here, and again very very few people actually get to ski the gnarly lines.  Don't talk shit if you are ignorant.

looks absolutely awesome you guys. to the haters, shut the fuck up. you very obviously have no idea what the fuck you are talking about, and have no clue how difficult it is to put together a movie really is. major time and money from out of pocket is involved. you might get a little love from sponsors occasionally but its usually a pretty tight budget. these guys look like they have akiller time goin out and shredding and thats what i want to see
