I have a wtf moment for you. I just played with a kid who was hacking or lag switching or something, cause he had a full auto m16 and was impossible to kill. That, and when I died a predator missile came out of my body and blew up the kid who killed me. I didn't even have that in my killstreaks. And my claymores stayed even when I died.

Modded Lobby. I am guessing you had martyrdom on because in some modded lobbies martyrdom = predator missile
