how do u put clips in sony vegas 9 in slow motion? and fast motion/fast forward?

Right click on the clip, go to properties, then there should be a number at 1.000 and change the rate to whatever you want.

also you can press control, click the end of the clip, and drag it around to change the speed. This also makes it so you dont have to re cut it, which is so annoying

I just like going into properties so I can chose the exact speed.

Yeah i only do that if i need it super precise, but i definately see where your coming from.
