SHINBANG

ok now this is a thread to stop all the debate about shin bang boots.

now i know there are things you can do to reduce shinbang; booster straps etc.
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS A BOOT THAT FITS.

i did searchbar but all shin bang threads are just saying to go to a boot fitter.
now i wanted to know what boots in general. regardless of the fit reduce shinbang most.

Dalbello il moros, Full Tilts, SPK's

THIS IS NOT ABOUT FIT ITS A GENERAL QUESTION ABOUT BOOTS AND THEIR ABILITY TO REDUCE SHINBANG FOR A FOOT THAT FITS!!!

spks will be ok brand new but are horrible when they pack out.  adding some booster straps helps.  full tilts will give you the least amount of shin bang, el moros arent too bad wither

Why narrow it down so much? There are a million boots out there, Rossis, Nordicas, Atomics, Dalbellos, Heads, 100 other Sollys...

This thread is flawed. You should not have to ask this question. You are implying that you are about to base a buying decision off of this thread when you said it yourself, GO GET ONES THAT FIT YOU THE BEST!

There is no reason to compare dalbellos/fulltilts to SPKs. No person should ever be picking between the two of them based on issues other than fit.

Those are two boots on the opposite end of the spectrum. The IMs and the FTs are 98mm (correct?), the SPKs are 106mm. That's only the difference in last, the rest of the boots are completely different, for completely different feet. The boot with the least shinbang will be the one that fits you best, there is no way to compare, as the boots will fit different people differently and cause shinbang differently. I can't put it any other way.

Maybe you should have listened to the other threads.

You don't seem to get it. There is no such thing as "shinbang in general". Different boots will cause different shinbang on different people. There is no way to compare. In general, though, a stiffer boot will cause more 'bang. Fit matters most.

I will reiterate.
