Summer Practice?

What is good summer practice for doing aerial spins and flips? I've been practicing doing spins and flips on the trampoline, how well will this translate into skiing? What is the best way to practice and improve my park skiing without actually skiing? I'm building a backyard rail setup, but I want to work on aerials.

Also, what's the best sport/exercise? I mountain bike a lot, what else is gonna get my legs ready for next season?

the trampoline deffintly helps it helps u spot landings and u learn wat the spins feel like and u get rotation down for like flips and shit.... and running as well as the bike.... and believe it or not hitting ur set up will keep ur abs strong cuz when u balance on something ur using ur abs.... i didnt kno that till i could do a lot more sit ups than i was able to do before parka nd my doctor says that balnce helps abs i guess haha

i like to searchbar, its a solid workout.  3 sets of 12 reps every monday evening gets me in great shape

I don't have access to a water ramp, which is why I counted it out. I've got plenty of lake access, i assume it'd be a bad idea to make one in a lake, especially with heavy boots. Anyone know of one in Nova Scotia?

I assume you're the kid 2 to the right of Louis in your profile pic, right? I've got a lime green jacket and bright blue pants, I usually hit up Wentworth on Saturdays. Are there any ramps at all? You think I should join the freestyle squad at WW?

No, i'm the kid 2 away from louis you can barely see, i've got a bunch of new shit now though so i look different, but yeah, i joined a wentworth camp. It didn't make me amazing but it was fun

Tramp and then just exercise your core and legs. Crunches, the plank and a fuckload of ski sits.
Tramp is good for learning spins but remember to throw them twice as hard when you get to snow.

you should look into windells. its a lot of money but it doesnt even take that much work to make... im making 150 every weekend for 13 weeks to go. but it really isnt that much work when you think about it

Not an option, doing army basic this summer in order to be able to afford new skis/a trip to Jackson (or Squaw, or Snowbird; somewhere legendary), and so that I'll have better financing to move out west for uni. Way better option than Windells.
