N.O. Xplode for stamina in the sheets

100% true.

I don't know how much people on NS workout but this stuff is a must have even if you don't lift.

I've been taking this stuff on and off as a pre-workout supplement for a couple of years and I just found its best usage.

Yesterday I was gunna go to the gym so I took 3 scoops of N.O. Xplode (they recommend people my weight take 2 scoops) and headed to the gym but when I got there they were closed because of some bs water leak so I called my girlfriend to see what she was doing and she said I could come over so I drove to her house to hangout.

I got there and her parents weren't home...hmm. I wasn't really planning on sex but that's what it lead to. To make a long stroy short, the 3 scoops of N.O. xplode made me last for over an hour hard as a rock. If you guys need some help buy some of this stuff.

You are going to run into a lot of issues taking 3 scoops. I am still addicted to it but I only do a half scoop now. Three scoops is insane.

1.there is really no need for a pre workout. its made up shit in fitness magazines to sell the product.
2. if you really need something drink a cup of coffee.
3. if you want take creatine

all that shit is is caffine and a very small amount of creatine.

if you want to buy into bullshit. and piss away money. by all means do it.

It's all personal preference. i've talked to some monster guys on injectable steroids at my gym and some use pre workout supplements and some drink coffee.

But you're obviously not big so whatever you're doing isn't working lol

Even if it is a placebo effect it still works.

Bottom line; you are skinny or fat and not strong and in shape so your opinion on lifting supplements should not even be considered. Post a picture to prove me wrong.

another thing is that im not getting into some "im bigger than you" contest with some nerds on the internet.


you kids are real defensive over a goddamn supplement. im sure you saw on bodybuilding.com how good it was and all that bullshit. when all your doing is buying into bullshit marketing scheme. you can basically make your own "no explode" for fractions of the cost.

In general most supplements are bullshit.  Like they claim there are Nano particles and not to leave the lid off to long or they'll escape haha.  So yes in general most shit is basically crap that's hyped.  There is good stuff out there.  I personally take NO-XPLODE and it works great for me.  I'm no fucking scientist but i do have more energy and better focus than not taking it.  Placebo or not it helps me lift harder thus I can break my muscle down more and see better gains in size and strength than without it.  Shit it's not even that expensive.  $32 for a bottle and it lasts me about a month.  I know people who spend way more on coffee a  week.

NO also stands for Nitric oxide which makes you viens dilate and you can carry more blood to your muscles thus the pump and some of why you can lift harder and longer.  and why it's fun to do other things mentioned on this supplement haha

Haha this thread is ridiculous. You guys are getting into a pretty heated argument over a fruity flavored drink.

For the record though, the street kid is pretty much right. NO Xplode is pretty worthless. It's mainly a mental stimulant from the caffeine and some other questionably safe compunds that are in there. Other than that, it has a little bit of creatine which makes no sense as for creatine to work, you need to take more and cycle it. The whole nitrogen thing is silly too and the main effect that people notice from this stuff other than the increase in energy is the initial gain in water weight. Also, you build up tolerence to it pretty quickly from what I've heard anyway.

In the end if you want to get strong just eat well and workout intelligently. It takes time to build muscle and other than shrinking your balls with roids, there really aren't any shortcuts.

Very true.

But I've found that with my high metabolism it is very hard for me to pack on muscle because my body goes through any stored fat I can put on then burns the muscle I've been trying to build up..this is where the various supplements are very helpful to me(not just no explode)

However just drinking a couple shakes of this stuff does nothing for you if you arent smart about your daily diet
