make sure that u are spottign your landing... that way u will know when you're going to land and u wont heavy head that shit
This might actually help lol. Keep you stiffer and more upright on the landing.
look up and out, not down at your skis.
also try looking back up the landing as you land
When your going up the lip keep a wide stance with your shins pressed firmly against the tongue of your boots. When you spin keep your core tight. When you land keep your eyes up, looking towards the top of the hill. Stomp that shit and ride out clean.
this will help some, i would all so suggest you work of just 180s to get the feel for landing switch with out all the motion then work on 5s more!
or your could just after beang the shit out of the jump and not fix any thing about waht yoour doing exsept keep your hands tucked in!
