Front or Back??

Backflip, keep your skis closer together as you come up to a poppy jump, pop off your tails and lean back. Make sure you keep your weight back or you will generally land on your neck. Depending on how big of a jump or not depends on wither you want to tuck or not but generally you can just keep your weight back and throw your arms back and you will land it.

i found back easier, although front is less scary. for back, just pop and look way up to kinda spot your landig behind you and LOOK AT YOUR LANDING! this greatly diminishes the risks of landing on your neck.
for front, pop and huck forward and downward kinda, hard to explain but if you can do them on the tramp, you can prob stomp them on the hill.
