Line Afterbang? Same Flex as Invaders?

My Invaders are beat to hell. Next year is new gear time... I LOVE the flex the Invaders have and how they carve. Im not an 'extreme' skiier but I just started in the park, and love skinny boxes and doing small spins (3's and what not)... Will the afterbangs behave like the invaders with the new core and what not? Thanks dudes, any other skis that flex like the invaders, carve like the invaders and hold up like the invaders out there?

ya theyre similar but id say the abangs are a bit stiffer. also, the butter zones in the invaders are closer to the tip and tail than the abangs. longer butter zones on the bangs. Im not sure how well the invaders stood up cosmetically but the bangs get top sheet chips pretty easily (not a big deal) and they arent very pourus so they dont hold wax easily (kinda slow)

afterbangs are stiffer. they moved the butter zone in but that just resulted in several kids breaking theirs right behind their bindings off medium jumps. seriously tho the bangs feel damp theyre poppy but still they dont feel like fun and buttery. your best bet is gonna be anthems but i would recommend riding your invaders until they disintegrate. throw a couple bolts through the tip and tail to prevent delam and just shred them. they are sick skis.

Thats what I wanted to hear. Ill look out for anthems, Might get the 09' invaders again, keep the old invaders as the beater ski to keep in the rental shop and let people borrow, take em out when i dont want to destroy the new ones.
